combination of broad spectrum antibiotics , indicates for treatment poultry disease caused by gram positive , gram negative and mycoplasma therefor its effective in cases of mycoplasmosis , colibacillosis , chronic respiratory disease , staphylococcus , listeriosis , coryza , avian cholera and all kinds of bacteria that sensitive to Fosfomycin and tylosin .
Usage :
orally thorough drinking water .
Dosage :
prevention : 1 ml / 2 L for 3 – 5 days .
Treatment : 1 ml / 1 L for 3 – 5 days .
